Return & Refund Policy

At VEYRA, we are committed to delivering premium products and a refined customer experience.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Items returned without original packaging

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
